Health Update November 7

I’ve been doing well on my way to Real Health. I’ve upped my daily quota of drinking filtered water and cutting down on the Diet Coke. I’m eating more veggies and a few more fruits. I’m enjoying making healthy smoothies.

I keep taking my supplements every day. I also exercise about 20-30 minutes a day. I’m starting out slow.

Health is a slow, but daily process.
