Things are moving along on the path to real health. I’m taking supplements every day, and I’ve started drinking a lot more filtered water. I’m also starting to read Dr Fuhrman’s book Eat to Live, to see what it has to offer me.
I plan to start exercising again. All my irritating little physical problems have cleared up so it’s time to start strengthening and toning. I’ll use my Power 90 DVDs to start with. Fill my body with good, wholesome, healthy food for fuel.
