Portion control crucial even with healthy foods

We all know that too much of anything is not good for you. This article gives a few pointers on how to control your portions eating healthy foods. Too much of a good thing can be bad for you too!

The article talks about avocados and guacamole. I know personally, I can eat a LOT of guacamole. But I need to limit the amount and how often I eat it, because while the monounsaturated fats in avocado can help lower cholesterol, the fat does add up to a lot of calories quickly, if you’re not careful. The article also discusses figs, prunes and yogurt.
