I know quite a few women, not much older than I, who have had cancer of various types. I’m sure if you asked any of them, while in the midst of treatment, what would you do to avoid this, they would do just about anything to avoid it.
Don’t wait till it’s too late. Avoiding things like white flour, MSG, hydrogenated oils, is a little bit of work. There are some food items you can’t eat anymore. Think of it this way, how much chemo is a Krispy Kreme donut or a prepackage rice dish worth to you? That’s how you need to think about real health, health that comes from within, not from without. No prescription drugs, no vague hopes you’ll get ‘lucky’ and won’t get cancer or heart disease, or whatever.
You can make the difference in your life. You have to decide what your life, and living, and dying, are worth to you.
