Joint flexibility and less pain!

I do this exercise DVD sometimes. One part of it has forward and side kicks. Nothing too high or fancy. However, I’ve had problems with my knees for years and it got worse earlier this year when I moved. I put too much stress on my joints.

But as part of my daily supplementation, I have been taking BioAstin by Nutrex, which is the powerful antioxidant astaxanthin. One of the things it does is reduce inflammation and joint pain.

Yesterday I did a test, tried some of those kicks. And I was pain-free, and able to kick MUCH higher than I had been able to before. Nothing else has really changed, so I do attribute the improvement to the astaxanthin. It has really worked for me. And I have been taking it for about 3 weeks so far. 3 gelcaps per day.
