Today I tried making a different kind of superfoods shake. It was okay, but not quite what I was looking for. I put in some plain yogurt, which I think was something I’m not fond of the taste.
I put in some soymilk, orange juice, yogurt, supergreeens, stevia, peanut butter and some frozen berries. I think I need to try it without the peanut butter as well.
Any comments or suggestions on what else to try, please register then comment. Thanks!
