My goal for this week is to cut down from 4-6 cans of Diet Coke a day to no more than 2. I’m drinking a lot of water. I bought a Pur faucet water purifier. The water does taste better. I fill up my 20 oz water bottle and I’m trying to drink 6-8 bottles a day.
Today, had 2 cans of Diet Coke and 8 20 oz bottles of filtered water. Bad things I ate, went out to Burgerville and had some Walla Walla sweet onion rings. Tasty but greasy.
Still working on a perfect breakfast shake, using guidelines from Mike Adams, Healthranger. His site is where I’ve gotten a HUGE amount of information.
I have a lot of fresh, juicy strawberries and some bananas, so I will have lots of shakes tomorrow. Breakfast though, before church, will be soymilk and Kashi Medley cereal.
I’m slowly working through all the bad food I have, and trying hard to only buy good, real health food from now on.
