Took all my supplements today, and drank 6 20 oz bottles of filtered water. Also had 3 cans of Diet Coke.

Got my sun exposure today at Rocky Butte State Park, in the middle of Portland. It’s a lava cone, high up and you have 360 views of Mt Hood, Mt St Helens, the Columbia River and all of Portland. It’s beautiful. Also got some exercise swimming today. A good day!
