Nice day today here in Portland. Took all my supplements today, but no supergreens shake. Spent a lot of time driving around today.

Drank 2 Diet Cokes and 5 20 oz bottles of filtered water. I’ve gotten so used to filtered water, when I drink straight from the tap, it tastes funny to me.
