I’m starting to take today, what will be my full daily dosage of supplements. 27 spirulina, 15 chlorella, 3 astaxanthin, 3 cod liver oil pills, 3 Alive whole foods energizer, and at least one superfoods/Berry Green shake. Did all of that today. Actually I had two shakes. One superfoods in the morning and a Berry Green at night. They have different strengths, which is why I use both of them.
I know that sounds like a lot of pills, but the chlorella and spirulina come in small capsules, that I can take 3 at time.
Had 5- 20 oz bottles of filtered water, and 2 Diet Cokes. Today was my second day without taking my blood pressure pills and my blood pressure has stayed low.
