Health Update July 15

Had a breakfast shake this morning, turned out quite tasty. See the recipe, if you’re interested.

Last day of upping my spirulina and chlorella intake. Tomorrow I’ll be up to my regular daily dose. Today had 12 chlorella and 21 spirulina.

Finally got my astaxanthin yesterday. Took one today. Also took 3 cod liver oil gelcaps and 3 Alive whole food energizer.

No fast food today. That breakfast shake kept me from getting hungry for at least 5-6 hours. Amazing.

Drank 6-20 oz bottles of filtered water and only one Diet coke today.
