Basically, if you eat more veggies, your blood pressure will go down. Eating more meat causes it to go up.
This is because, I believe, due to the fats in meat clogging your arteries, this makes you feel sluggish and that is because your body is unable to circulate oxygen to the cells that need it. Veggies don’t have this effect on your body and blood vessels.
