This past few days, I have been feeling great! I am sleeping for five hours at a time. Previously, I was lucky to sleep for 3 hours before waking up. I think with the more water I’m drinking, my body is working better. I’m also off dairy and so I think my sleep apnea (really mild) is getting better and letting me get a deeper sleep.
Sleep is very important to real health. Your body needs to rest, and rebuild. I’ve found, at least in my present state of health and body strength (or lack thereof) I need a day off from exercise after 2-4 days straight of workouts. I come back much stronger, in part due to the muscles rebuilding themselves.
Since I’ve switched to a vegetarian diet, my asthma is better (as in less of a problem) and my blood pressure is way down. I hope to get off my BP meds soon. I hate taking pills of any sort, they go against my belief in real health. I am taking my supplements. I am still having problems with chlorella. Not sure why, as before I could take them with no complaints. I’ll try them again in about a month and see how it goes.
Follow the path to real health. No drugs, no unhealthy foods or toxic food ingredients. Lots of veggies and fruits and beans and whole grains. That is the way to real health.
