I’ve had a few setbacks in the last couple of weeks. I hurt my knee again so I haven’t been exercising. It is getting better, much more quickly than it did last time, so I’ll be back exercising again soon, I’m hoping by the end of next week.
I am still taking my supplements. I haven’t been making my healthy wholefoods concentrate breakfast shake and I can tell the difference. I’m sluggish and hungry again very quickly. I am going to go back to doing that.
