Prepare for the avian or bird flu

I’ve posted before about bird or avian flu, but there are ongoing developments that I feel require me revisiting this issue.

You’ve been reading about the bird flu. How the World Health Organization, the US government and other countries and organizations are worried about an avian flu pandemic. So far, the bird flu has only spread by bird to human contact. However, it is very possible that in the future, the bird flu will mutate and become transmissible from human to human.

The Spanish flu pandemic of 1918, which killed more than 50 million people worldwide, was also caused by a bird flu. It spread quickly because no one had immunity to it. To control or quarantine the avian flu today would be very difficult. With international air travel, many country’s porous borders, and lack of immunity, this bird flu, if it mutates, will spread quickly.

There are plans by the various governments and agencies to deal with an avian flu pandemic. My feeling is though, that I want to be prepared, and able to take care of myself and my family.

So what can you do to protect yourself from the bird flu? Tamiflu has been mentioned as a possible aid to helping you to survive the avian flu, but it is in short supply. You must also beware of scams that sell counterfeit Tamiflu, which is useless.

The first thing you need to do to help protect you from a flu pandemic is build up your immune system. A strong immune system can help you to either avoid catching it, or if you do get it, to have only a mild case that your body can easily fight off. But building up your immune sysemt is very important and you have to start now. I use several products from the Amazon Herb Company. (I am a distributor of the company, because I have gotten such great results from all their products.)

The first thing I take is called Arcozon. This product, like all Amazon Herb products, is made up of natural herbs and plants from the Amazon rainforest. The company works with indigenous peoples to harvest these treasures of the rainforest, and helping to preserve it as well.

Arcozon contains several plants and herbs that will help strengthen your immune system to help fight off the bird flu. Jatoba promotes pulmonary health, an obvious benefit when fighting the flu. Another main ingredient of Arcozon is Pau D’Arco, which powerfully stimulates the immune system.

Another product I highly recommend to help protect against the bird flu is called Una de Gato. It is a vine that grows in the Amazon rainforest. It helps to support your immune system and to help normalize inflammatory processes in your body. It also contains alkaloids that promote cardiovascular health.

The last Amazon Herb product I use to support my immune system is called Gravizon. It contains all the herbs and plants I already talked about (Jatoba, Pau D’Arco, and Una de Gato). Among Gravizon’s other ingredients which help support your health and immune system is Graviola. This is actually a shrub that grows in the Amazon. It provides help for your cells and prevents free radicals from harming your tissues.

The last product is one I don’t use, but I have two bottles in the vegetable crisper bin of my refrigerator for use when I do need it. It comes from Jenny Lee Naturals, and it is called A-V Tincture. This AV Tincture doesn’t taste good. It shouldn’t. It is a tincture of 13 herbs that are reduced into a potent liquid. These herbs all provide antiviral and antibacterial abilities. I would get a bottle or two, so if the bird flu does mutate, you can take this, in addition to the Gravizon, Arcozon and Una de Gato .

If we do have a bird flu pandemic, you want to be ready. You want to be in the best possible position to avoid getting it or to just help your body fight it off. The best way to do this is to start strengthening your immune system now, so that if and when the avian flu strikes, you will be ready.
