Tried out my new Supergreens powder today. Decided to try it with a standard recipe, no bananas or berries. Used about 1.25 cup of soymilk, 2.5 heaping tablespoons of chocolate rice powder, half tablespoon of stevia (a sweetener), 1 tablespoon of supergreens, 1.5 tablespoons of natural peanut butter. Came out thick, more like a shake than a drink. It was pretty good. Going to try more soymilk and more stevia next time.
Still working up to my regular dose of chlorella and spirulina. 6 capsules of chlorella and 15 of spirulina. Also took 3 gelcaps of cod liver oil and 3 Alive Whole Food supplement vitamins. Ate fast food once today.
Drank 6-20 oz bottles of filtered water and 2 Diet Cokes.
