I’ve had a problem with a tooth this week, so I’m not eating as much. Still taking supplements. My knee is still pain free and getting stronger by the day. My hip is also getting healed.
Drinking lots of water as well. My newest supplement I am taking is Chocamaca. Yes, it’s chocolate, but it’s really good for you. It provides antioxidants, and an energy boost that doesn’t send you on that blood sugar rollercoaster.
