Eat real food, not just vitamins

I’ve written before about why eating fruits and vegetables and taking whole food supplements rather than chemically produced vitamins is important.

This article from the Bradenton Herald explains about problems with just taking one supplement for each vitamin. You can get overdosed, reactions, even make the vitamin not be absorbed based on what you take also at the same time. With whole foods supplements like Berry Green, or Jenny Lee Naturals Prevention Powder and Superfoods Powder, you get the vitamins in their natural form and they work as they are supposed to work.
