Green veggies help keep you smart

I found an article which reinforces the need to ‘eat your veggies!’. This article reports on a study done on Boston area men. Basically, in these older men, getting more folate, a B vitamin found in green leafy vegetables and citrus fruits, helps you keep your cognitive skills. Instead of declining as you get older, you can keep your ablities.

So, eat those veggies!
