Feeling pretty good this week. My right hip muscle managed to get pulled so I’ve been dealing with that. Put a new Pur water filter in the faucet mount and it’s working good. Still drinking a lot of filtered water daily. Now that I’ve been drinking the filtered water for a while, the regular water doesn’t taste very good to me.
I have made a change in my supplements. I’ve stopped taking the chlorella for the moment, since it seems to cause me major digestive and stomach problems. I’ll stay off it a while and then try to slowly ease back into taking it.
I have dental work next week, a root canal and crown. Really nice dentist, so I guess it won’t be too bad.
I’ve been cooking and baking a lot recently. I’ve been baking whole wheat bread and I love it. And it’s good to know it has no partially hydrogenated anything in it! I tried making an apple crisp today, due to apples being fresh and on sale. I also picked up 10 pounds of potatoes, so that will be a major part of my diet this week.
I’m shopping around more, looking for cheaper (usually bulk) food. Healthy food can be really expensive or really cheap, depending how careful you are when you shop.
Remember, just keep improving a little bit day by day and you’ll begin to gain Real Health!
