Look for the Whole Grain Stamp

The Whole Grains Council has instituted a Whole Grains Stamp for manufacturer’s products that meet certain guidelines.

The stamp is a stylized sheaf of grain on a golden-yellow background with a bold black border. It’s bold and easy to see on a package. If the stamp is a Good Source, eating six servings will provide you with your daily allotment, and an Excellent Source will fill your needs with 3 servings.

Keep an eye out for the stamp on the foods you buy!
